Migration Service Partners — Migration Service Partners engage Vicom to provide turnkey data migration services to their customers. Vicom Partners include storage system manufacturers, their affiliated resellers, and resellers who use Vicom services independently of any manufacturer affiliation. Depending on the Partner, services are provided either as a subcontracted service to the reseller or directly to the data migration customer.

Enterprise Reseller Partners — Our Enterprise Reseller Partners provide customers with system level solutions, service and support to help them achieve required levels of data availability, protection, disaster recovery, and interoperability. Reseller partners who demonstrate exceptional skills and commit to regular training with Vicom earn the status of Enterprise Reseller Partner. Enterprise resellers offer enterprise-worthy skills and services that include architecture, engineering, implementation, integration and data migration capabilities required for assured IT solution delivery.

Storage Solution Partners — Solution Delivery Partners recommend and resell Vicom products and services (not including migration) with their own products in order to provide their customers with complete storage and data management solutions. Vicom engagements include teaming relationships with major system vendors for specific opportunities as well as formal, ongoing corporate relationships.

Apple Reseller Partners — Apple Reseller Partners provide Apple customers with Vmirror-based data protection and data management solutions to help them achieve higher levels of data availability, management, and system performance.
